The villa Es Costes is situated on the hillside of Puig de Maria. Around the villa is a rustic garden with lawn surrounded by oak and pine trees. With fabulous views over the town of Pollensa, it is still only one minute from the historic centre.
Es Coste is built in traditional Mallorcan stone, and consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining room with glorious 360° panoramic views from its large windows; and the stainless steel kitchen which is fully equipped with built in electrical devices and kitchen furniture. Next to the kitchen there is a small covered terrace with about 30 m2.
The wooden staircase leads up to four bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. Eight people can be accommodated in the main house. Es Coste also has a small house outside the main one complete with bath and shower room and suitable for two people, ideal for clients who want a little more privacy.
The property has air conditioning installed throughout, and central heating all over the house. The proximity of the swimming pool to the house is perfect for keeping an eye on children, close and comfortable for all, the pool measures 10m x 5m and the temperature during cold months is kept at around 24°. Around the pool are wide terraces where children can play, and ample relaxation areas.
Outside the living room, there is a terrace of approximately 60m2 with views of Pollensa town, a perfect space for dining and family meals.
